They were taken over by BT once they became established.

I've been with Plus.net for many years (about 10) since I jumped ship from Demon, but recently they've started to annoy me.
In the next few months I'll be consolidating all our comms (including BB) via BT and moving our web hosting to specialist hosting agencies - it can be more economical to dis-associate hosting from your home/business ISP.
