It appears in the Radiolympia list for 1937 from the Journal of the Television Society.

   

I got that list from a post of the late Brian Cuff, does anyone have the remainder of that list? Or other pre-war lists from the J of TS?

I don't think the RTS Journal/ J TV Soc has been digitised and made available online.

It could be that the 1937 list is complete though.
I don't know if there were more than 14 theaters.
