Today I received a low value item in the post box via DPD. It had my name, address and phone number on the label but I had not ordered it.
I wonder how and why this could occur, I have not found a way to contact DPD about this, but have verified that they delivered it using their online portal. Part of the senders address is visible there. No sure what to do about this. Any help or advice gratefully received, David.
