Hi all, I have been working on a faulty Farnell SSG 520 Signal Generator for a long-time. I have fixed lots of faults, but now stuck on the FM correction board. The fault flow chart says remove FM correction and if locks now the fault is on this board. Any ideas of where to look. I have checked voltages and test most of the IC's on this PCB.
