For a valve amp try this https://firebottles.wordpress.com/guitar...uitar-amp/ I did make a stereo amp using ECC8x as the output stages, it worked well until it hit distortion, but that is what some guitarists like about valves. This wouldn't wake the neighbours at full chat.

If I remember correctly I used another ECC8x for the gain stage and concertina splitter with RS 100V line transformers as the output jobs (there is a centre tap configuration if you look hard enough).
