'Westminster' was a certainly a Fidelity record player model with an auto-changer turntable, that looks a bit like a Dansette, with a deep cabinet to accommodate the auto-changer spindle.
It doesn't look anything like yours.
Yours looks like a single-play, more compact slim attaché case portable, (rather than Dansettes and their ilk, which were not really portable, but were 'transportable' in that they could be lugged about)
Your record player looks in rather nice condition. Transistorised or valves? Probably the former I guess.
I'd have thought that somewhere on it there would be a maker's plate or some such thing.

my first thought was that it is fidelity but the ones that use that deck normally have only one knob in a different place near the back of the arm

'Westminster' was a Curry's Brand name back in the 1960's, but the player could still have been made by Fidelity, Alba,or Perdio, among others. The deck is the BSR GU9
