Correct stylus pressure for a BSR C129-C1 deck with X5H Cartridge?

I'm currently servicing one of the above decks in a Fidelity Transistor record player. An ST10 stylus is fitted, the pressure reads ca. 7.5g on my trusty Garrard SPG3. Based on playing 2 or 3 LPs and a couple of 45s, the deck is working OK, but 7.5g seems a little high to me. Anyone know the recommended SP for the above Cartridge?

Recommended tracking weight for X5h is 5 to 9 grm.

Fair enough, Rob. I'll leave the tracking weight set as it is. As a side issue, what would be the difference between a ST10M and ST10H Stylus? Both have 2 x LP Tips
