A Hardinge UM (Universal Mill) with the optional Bridgeport vertical head (unfortunately no quill feed so I have another mill-drill for that).
I like the small turret lathe. Something like that, I would probably set up to manufacture a particular binding-post nut or something, saturate the market, but never want to tear down and re-configure.
