over the wekend i got hold of a decca test record skl486.
you may of seen on the other site my go at fitting a gl75 with a linn basik xlv ,i thought it sounded fine,the first thing was that the left and right chanels were reversed. worse was that the anti skating was a long way out. i was pleased i could still hear the highest test tone. iused to think the only way to set up a deck was with your ears having been through this disk im wrong sounds so much better now. any one who likes ther music on black plastic disks i recomend these records im converted

if its made by hand it can be repaired by hand
