If the sound is OK, go for the video stages. If not, the IF and RF stages. If the brightness is too high and won't come down, then it could be the video stages.
You've got a complete raster there, so it's nothing that can't be fixed. I hope. Many smaller voltages sometimes come from the LOPT of course... I don't know if that's the case in this set though.
