[split] Large RS car boot find!

Hi,
Picked up a wooden drawer full of boxes of RS componenets, 105 degree caps, op amps, diodes, switches, veroboard, hardware and a box of Guest development pack of a few hundred polystyrene caps all for a fiver!
Included are hundreds and hundreds of sprung loaded test prod ends some gold plated. I have no use for these so if anyone has a use for them, there yours FOC.

How strange the test prod ends though. Why would somebody have such a quantity?

Well I assume that thats what they are. All are sprung loaded and some are needle sharp points whilst some are sort of spade ended?
This must be the remenants of a business?
Also up for grabs are many nylon pcb offset mounts with brass threaded inserts. Many different styles/lengths. Any good to anyone? All free.

I reckon it was a better buy than you first thought. The ones that are gold plated are probably worth something! I'd keep the Gold ones!

Would the test prod ends be for making jigs to test a whole circuit board at once ??
