HH MA 100S PA amp

At the Audiojumble today I picked up a HH MA 100S. It is a 5 channel 100 watt mono PA amp, and I bought it mainly because it more or less matches the HH IC100 bass amp that I got Sam a couple of years back, and I have a soft spot for these amps as I worked with them in my days working as Chief Electrician in a theatre .
It was claimed to be working, but I am not able to try it at the moment because of another ongoing project.
I have been looking on the internet for service information as I always like to have something to refer to just in case of problems, but cant find any, I was wondering if any one here has any information.

As they say on the land of John Wakely........... plug it in.
Did many hundreds or more H&H amps, very well made and tough unless badly abused. worst case scenario is a popped fuse if its duff, then get the diagram out and so some faultfinding.

I will do when I have finished my current restoration. If I try now I know I will start getting involved and then end up with parts from a 1930's radio mixed up with a 1970's amp.
I am waiting for the schematic finding wizard Lawrence to pop in.

Hi Mike.
Last year I did quite a few guitar amps. A couple of Peavy's, H&H and two full rebuilds on valve Marshalls, one allegedly was not repairable. The H&H was a 70's amp and dead, found in a skip no less, the fuse was popped and on fitting a new one the power switch was arcing. A new switch was fitted and the amp cleaned up and controls cleaned. Its now doing sterling service with a local band.

Using Google, the search term I used was "HH MA 100S schematic". Once you have the results, click on "Images" in the menu bar just below the search box, and the ElektroTanya image was the first that came up. Quite often checking the image search facility is more efficient than trying to scan the text results, particularly if you're looking for an, erm, image!

As a matter of interest, I've just done the search again using those terms, and ElektroTanya doesn't appear in the first dozen or so pages of text results, so it may be down to the way that the site is organised and indexed.
