All the provided links run here O.K.
Have a look at your cookies store: you may have unwanted / unknown-to-you things in there that are preventing them from running. I use Firefox, and get that trouble now and again: removing unwanted or strange-looking / unknown-to-me cookies usually solves the problem.

Thanks Al, I am running Firefox at the moment, might have another go although the said Smith Chart application might be above my head....
Managed to follow the ones in the last link I posted, that particular chap has only recently started his videos so maybe he will do some more Smith Chart examples, I have searched the internet for simple explanations as to how to use the chart but most seem to go on about the underlying maths or make assumptions as to ones knowledge which from a Smith Chart learning point of view is counter productive for me as I see the chart as a means to bypass the heavy maths.

When I down loaded it there was no run/save box like what usually comes up, it seems to have downloaded though as it is now sitting in my downloads folder but it refuses to to run.

As a newbie here can I recommend an old but powerful little program 'RFsim99'

Works with windows 98 to XP (and Wine under Linux).

ps This is my first post on the forum so please forgive any problems with the attachments.

My computer asked me if I wanted to open it with Wine.
The link is not dead for me with Linux.
I will make a note for when I get round to doing an AM loft aerial.
Firefox crashed and when restarted installed an update.
After that it remembered that I had pressed the edit button on the message.
I have no idea why it needed the update?
