Taylor 191A R. C. oscillator.

Found this Taylor 191A audio generator under one of the work benches. Range is 10c/s to 100Kc/s, switchable to sine or square waves, but the waveform you see on the'scope is hardly what one would call a sinewave. The square waves are equally horrible.
Really need to find a circuit diagram for this instrument before any serious servicework can start.
Thing is, is it worth bothering with?
