A few months ago my HP P2015dn went intermittent and I got fed up with it. Apparently it's a well known problem on these but the usual fix of baking the main PCB to reflow the solder didn't work for me. So it went on freecycle, honestly described.
For everyday printing my main need is a for a decent monochrome laser, preferably with double sided printing. After reading the reviews I settlied on a Samsung M2835dw. It's turned out to be a very nice little printer. Does what it claims to do and does it very well. I hope it turns out to be reliable and durable.
I paid about £115 for it and it's readily available for under £130. Don't know who these people are but their price seems suspciously low: https://www.alza.co.uk/samsung-sl-white-...y_tiskarny&country=GB&gclid=CPeDrPOJjcgCFUEaGwod52ELyQ
Toner cartrtidges aren't too expensive either.
So please use this thread to comment on my choice and any other aspects of getting the right printer.
