The signal comes from Hedghog. I tuned the video frequency in it to get the best quality stripes, i.e. around 60 MHz. In my opinion, the image suggests a problem with synchronization. The horizontal lines, however, are remarkably even. I am considering other reasons. Unfortunately, someone has already manipulated this TV before. I'll take more measurements next week.
