How do you access your emails at the moment on your PC(s)?
I use Thunderbird for email on both Windows and Linux PCs. It's probably the best free email programme for PCs but others are available. Provided all the PCs and phones access your email account using IMAP it doesn't matter what programmes or apps you use on each device.
It's unfortunate that Gmail doesn't really play nicely with IMAP. I have quite heavily nested folders for my emails. These replicate perfectly between Thunderbird on my desk and K9 on my phone. Gmail doesn't work that way. But I don't often use Gmail.
Both Thunderbird and K9 allow you to use mutliple email accounts on any device. I have 2 different email accounts on Thunderbird. On both a W7 desktop and a Linux laptop. I just copied the entire Thunderbird profile from the desktop to laptop using a memory stick. I only bother with one of these email accounts on my phone. It just worked with K9, it found the folder structure from the email server at my email provider.
