Indeed a really simple modulator.
I eventually lost patience with your modulator, used the Nano VNA to get the coils right and still nothing!!! One reason for getting back into the project was to test the crystals as they sit there waving at me even on my tester but work in this! Odd to say the least, mind you I've not made the sound modulator yet so who knows what the 41.5 MHz one will do.
