Just wondering what resolution you have it set to for the displays on the PC, I tried something similar on my Linux machine and in settings I needed to set the display to be a reasonably low resolution like 640/480 that was 4:3 rather than 16:9. I admit that because I got a Hedghog and also found out about using the Hackrf One SDR to generate an rf modulated signal I stopped playing with it. Not sure I can find my video cable at present.
One thing I can not do is output the screen display to Hackrf One I have to give it a video file to play.
