Hi Mike. Thanks for you goos wishes. There's an immense amount to do and we'll need to raise a lot of money too.
Plasterboard (gypsum) is classed as a sort of hazardous waste: https://cartwrightswastedisposal.co.uk/2...ous-waste/ Not because it's inherently toxic, it isn't, but because it can react to make H2S.
Fortunately we weren't getting rid of gypsum, except perhaps for the remains of a few old 600x600 ceiling tiles.
In England, the local authority tips will take small amounts of construction waste including plasterboard. There's no charge for anything you bring to the site.
