Thanks Peter glad i seen that cable could have been a pain if i did not was wondering why was working very well on VHF and nothing on MW & LW as i read that it is normally FM that suffers on these radios & i am not a fan of blanket changing capacitors as you dont learn about fault finding it is playing well on its old capacitors kind regards Bob
