The archives have come up trumps and I've done some scanning. The schematics are scanned from mediocre A3 reductions of the A2 originals which I may still have somewhere. In the ZIP:

PCB layout with annotation. The PCB layout was probably done by one of the PCB layout guys who had worked for Michael Cox Electronics and had started his own business by then.
Block diagram
Specification. Looks like it was typed by my mother on a daisywheel typewriter. This is before I had my first PC.
I'm surprised I can't find any files on my PC. I thought I kept just about everything. There are places I could look but it might take a while.
