The sliders aren't actually too bad. Some contact grease has improved the noisy ones there is two that are definitely no good but it's possible that I can go down another route.
I managed to get hold of a NOS ECC34 today, a very rare valve now and a new GZ32 as the Cossor equivalent isn't happy that's in the set. I think tomorrow we shall see a decent picture on the set so long as the lights are off. The tube is very poor.
