Nothing has been touched. All soldered joints/components look original but
there must have been 4v heater connections from the main
Marconi receiver to the MH4 valve in the adaptor and HT supply too etc.
taken off a receiver valve with an adaptor.
But no signs of the connections removal, such as cut wires or unsoldered joints.
So I will have to delve into old autodyne single valve circuitry to try and solve it.
It probably operates at an IF frequency in the medium wave band of a
main TRF Marconi receiver of the time (1930's)
