Well, only logged in members can download attachments, so it's not completely in the wild just yet 
Francis, this is your call. If we put it in The Archive, then only people who have access to The Archive will have access to it. The minimum requirements for access is 15+ posts and continuing active membership. We explicitly ask members not to distribute files that are in The Archive.
Now, not everyone approves of this, and that's completely understandable. So we can either move the post to The Archive, or we could leave it here in this thread. It just depends on how you feel about future use of the file.
