The two black leads are the EZ81 heaters, although at 1 amp it's right on the current the EZ81 heaters require so no reserve. The two greens go to pins 4 and 5 of the rest of the valves with the centre tap grounded, make sure that no one has grounded the actual valve connections (either 4 or 5) the two reds are connected to each anode of the EZ81 respectively and the centre tap red/yellow to ground. All ground connections should be where they were originally. Wires should be twisted and follow the original route. Ensure you haven't lifted a screened lead earth somewhere or added a new earth to a screened lead adding an earth loop. Look for man made issues and if nothing found fault find ignoring the mains transformer and your work, use an open mind and a good old analogue scope....... No pun intended.
