I found a missing resistor on the tag board above the RF deck and this resistor feeds the sensitivity control, This has been replaced along with a 16uf cap that was literally crumbling. I've also replaced two Sprague metal clad 0.1uf caps that were dreadfully leaky, the 0.01uf line coupling was also badly leaking, a TCC metalclad type. I've also been through a good few resistors, in the main they are in spec but only just some though are way out, these will be replaced but the others we will wait and see once the CRT is fitted and we are ready to see what happens on screen. I also replaced the on/off brightness control that was seized.
