Ok, look what I found at the back of the 2 x ECC83 board!!!
There is a very minor hum on the amp until the volume is turned up almost to max output. Something is still not right in the circuit BUT its much better now that its been since putting in the replacement transformer.
Now is there anything I can do to reduce the hum even more though??
I cannot recall having any hum at all with the previous power transformer though??
