So check resistance value to ground at the two grid pins, 2 and 7.
You've lost a ground connection.
Try disconnecting the 100k that goes to HT from the junction of the 2 x 1M grid resistors and the 33k to 0V. Make sure the 33K is connected to 0V and the two 1 M Ohms and 33K +/- 20%.
