I saw that earlier in the thread you cured a hum fault by re-attaching an electrolytic, has that come adrift again?
Another possibility is it looks to me like the ECC83 (V1) 1meg grid resistors to ground are located on the input jack sockets as opposed to mounted on the pcb.
So I suppose that if one of the input wires became detached from the pcb or jack socket, the amp might sound a bit like your fault description.
