I have one of these which I did some work on last year.  It's a good machine and very reliable.

I think you will find that the circuit is identical to the Model 65 (that can be found on Radiomuseum.org) except that the Model 60 uses UX based valves instead of Octals.

Would you mind posting some photos of the inside detailing the modulation transformer and the backs of the switches to show where everything goes?

I've got the diagram for the 65, but it's not the same. There are components such as the modulation transformer which are different, 4 terminal/5 terminal for example.
