Since it uses LEDs then spare bulbs should be more or less irrelevant. Many LED light fittings are not designed to have replaceable bulbs though this doesn't prevent premature mortatlity which then writes off the whole fitting unless you can get into it and replace the faulty part. This is more likely to be in the driver than the LEDs themselves.
