Absolutely Andy.
To be fair all cars that are still in production like the Up, i10, Picanto and others and of course the Panda should have the same tests applied. Unfortunately Fiat do need to get their act together as well.
It's funny though the Ford Ka2 uses the Panda floor pan and engine as does the Chrysler Ypsilon and Fiat 500. The now deleted Punto shared its floorpan with the Corsa. The Jeep Renegade uses the 500X floorpan.
I also makes me wonder how well the Renault Megane of 2004 which had 5 stars would do now (it was class leading at the time) ? From what I've read elsewhere it would be lucky to get 1 star now.
