If its of any use to you I have a 405 line test card generator that Frank C gave me to build, you need a modulator or feed it at baseband to the video amp, I'm sure Frank wouldn't mind. If interested I'll post it out if you PM me your address.
It just needs the supply connections finished but I'll do that before sending it on.
