Mike Barker has offered to rewind the line output transformer so for the time being the CTM4 has been taken off the bench.
First introduced in 1953 as the Pye five channel model V4 this complex receiver must have put the frightneners on many TV servicemen. A circuit refinement such as the fully gated vision AGC system was unknown to most TV service engineers until the the V4 came along.
