I'd most likely restuff the Visconol with one of the high voltage Chinese caps that are available.
The job so far looks very professional and like new.
The front end may be a bit more challenging but remember it would have been made from scratch in the first place so with plenty of photographs you'll be able to replicate the original work fairly easily.
