I think the 2012 document was to provide a basis for the restoration work currently happening at AP.
Picture taken almost 3 years ago in the theatre at AP. It was the last day before the builders moved in to restore the theatre and studios. The other reprobates are Brian Summers (Beamcurrent here on GVR) and Don McLean, author of "Restoring Baird's Image".
At the last count the money was running out, in part due to unexpected asbestos problems. Originally we were looking at the studio are re-opening this year. It won't happen for a while. No idea how long.
