Is this a KB colour telle

So CIH were nothing to do with KB or ITT they just bought stock and put their own labels on the back.
I suppose they bought from other manufacturers as well. That is interesting.
Did they sell radios in this way as well?
What is the date of this Pico TV, about 1970, or earlier.
