Not Russian, but I have large numbers (OEM boxloads) of different types of USA sub-miniature diodes/triodes/pentodes & regulators - most are JAN 5nnn or 6nnn with one 7nnn, the 7979 which is a neon-filled DHT triode used as an indicator (several times brighter than an NE-2).
These are sometimes called "rocket tubes" as they were used in ballistic & short range missiles as well as in electronic fuses for bombs and shells. They are generally regarded as the absolute pinnacle of valve design...
Also got several types of Russian sub-miniature triodes & pentodes, some of which have direct USA sub-miniature equivalents.
Many are great for audio - many of these babies are also good for several 100 G - they are stupidly tough and have far more extensive testing than normal valves - e.g. the 6021 double triode will take a 450G impact and 1000G of uniform acceleration !!!
