There is something screwy with the sweep speed though. The calibrator frequency should be 1kHz. But your sweep speed seems to be set to 0.1us/div and the frequency looks like slightly but not quite 2kHz. Is the time/div variable knob in the cal position?
(EDIT - your sweep speed might actually be 0.2us/div, which means that it is close but not quite right for 1kHz)
But in general the sweep is adjusted according to the procedure starting on page 5:24. Now that calls for a time/mark generator, but provided that you know that the 1kHz calibrator in the scope is 1kHz you can use that just as well.
I did not have any problem with your photos by the way.
