I use Virgin (used to be NTL) for landline & broadband & get medium cable TV & TIVO box free, just checked broadband & it's 53 Mhz. I'm right on the outskirts of town & neibours with BT broadband are always moaning about low speed. Got a BT socket but never used it as I was already on Virgin when I moved here in1999...
