For me, nothing in radio and electronics makes a great deal of sense, and I often find that things that shouldn't be are, and things that should be are not! 
No doubt lack of knowledge on my part, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
Last night, on Ebay, I bid for a Taylor 45a valve tester that had only gone up to £50 a few minutes before the end. In the last few seconds, bids came flying in, and in the last second, my high bid of £88 was topped by £90!
I will wait and see how the feedback goes, because I am curious as to whether it worked, or not!
I don't really feel too bad, because my Avo Mk1 only cost £65 on the car boot sale a few weeks ago!
