The spreadsheet I talked about here
http://golbornevintageradio.co.uk/forum/...p?tid=5819 has a page where you enter the piece of equipment, date and check period. It will then warn you to inspect the batteries when the check period expires. Handy for that forgotten instrument hidden in a drawer somewhere.
Been too busy recently to set up the ftp site I mentioned in that post but not forgotten it.
