I had a go at restuffing some of those metal mite types. It was a bit tricky to do without leaving a cut from the pipe cutter.
It was possible but took a long time as I had to pull the lead out through the rivet to get the coil of lead out before drilling through the rivet and bung to accept the yellow replacement.
