I'd have a go at this, I've also your Test Card Generator to finish off.
I suppose I'm very lucky with signal sources for 405 in many different guises.
Here goes.
Philips Pattern/modulator generator, does PAL, NTSC, SECAM in all variants and systems. Continuous Digital frequency programming from 33Mhz to 870Mhz, works as 405 line vision modulator.
Multistandard Aurora converter.
SCRF 405 line converters x3,.
Imogen Test card generator
RT Russell Test card generator
Frank C Test card generator (WIP)
ITA Channel 11 test card generator and all peripheries.
So I'm well served for signals but I'd not say no to another modulator though.
