Thanks, I think its the nearest I'm going to get, the one in the link looks like it might be an update on the one we were talking about, it had an implosion shield in front of the tube, and definitely a permanent magnet focus system (the one in the link I believe is electrostatic), the controls on top were, front inner, volume, outer, brightness, back inner channel, outer, fine tuning. They were on the right hand top back,(Though the picture in the link may be taken in the workshop mirror) and definitely under a flap. We may have been discussing a very earlY version of the same set maybe?
