It makes a nice change to see one of these that will be kept intact. A nice item too! Smile

I would urge caution regarding those 'All Aluminium' caps. Every one of those I have encountered has been unusably leaky. How did the test go, did it sound OK?

I'd be interested to learn how you get on with the restoration.
