A.P.1086 is the bible for anyone interested in anything Air Ministry, covering literally everything that the RAF needed and was available in stores.
It can be very elusive to find, but fortunately Section 10C is in the VMARS manual archive, entry 3226, available for download. Vital for those of us restoring old equipment. It was at its best for us during the 40's and 50's when (variable) amounts of technical information was given. By the 60's and 70's it becomes less useful as this info disappeared and it just became a list of part numbers.
