had an odd half hour to look last night
board numbers
Amp T2-AF-pp m k2
radio T2-RF-Dec-2P
fault is not working on phono/ record deck I/p
its ok if I place a finger on the I/ps on the amp board
signal route
cartridge -twin screened lead terminated to a 5 pin din -this plugs into 5 pin din on back, each channel has a resistor in series with signal lead there is also a cap in parallel with this resistor- signal then goes to tape I/p switch - then final ends up soldered to the pins of the phono I/p switch- then off through to the amp
will check / clean the switch's first
