For those who can't see it on there, I've attached one of the internal pictures...
If that's the same thing, then I'd venture that it doesn't look like a Philips re-badge to me. Those big yellow caps were used by Hacker in their later sets, and the beige carbon-film resistors were a common site in many UK products at the time. The deep red ones are my favourite though
